By looking at a Mandala, its inner structure resonates deep within us shifting our vibration to achieve internal balance and expand our consciousness. Besides, if we focus on healing any aspect of our life when we meditate with a Mandala, what we will do inside that sacred circle is to trespass the barriers of our subconscious mind and connect with the Universal Mind, where Heaven and Earth are united and where all answers reside.
Today, the great teachings of the Tibetans, Yogis and American Indians still use mandalas in their rituals and prayers to help humanity transcend their our limitations.
Like mandalas, we expand from the centre in all directions and evolve as we find our way back to our loving nature and become aware of the whole. We evolve when we find our way back to our Heart.
Mandalas are “vibrational healers” that assist in triggering our own “healing powers” and restore health and peace in our physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies. Mandalas are transformational gateways of unity and are used for centring, orientation, purification, construction, absorption, destruction, reintegration and actualisation.
The colours and shapes of the Mandala vibrate at high frequencies of love, balance and purity. Any living being or place can feel the healing benefits of mandalas as their frequencies are transmitted through our eyes, skin and our energetic fields. Thus, even the blind can use them and the energy of an environment can be almost immediately transmuted when a mandala is introduced.
Mandalas have been used extensively during thousands of years in Earth’s know history by ancient civilisations. If you pay close attention to nature, you will find mandalas in flowers, fruits, snowflakes, spiderwebs, the cosmos, the galaxies, our eyes and even in the cells of our bodies.

WHAT IS A MANDALA?
The word Mandala originates from the Sanskrit and means “Sacred Circle”. Mandalas are formed by a series of structures and geometric patterns organised symmetrically inside concentric circles that irradiate from a centre point. This series of concentric forms create a pathway between dimensions connecting the Earth, the Macrocosms and the Microcosmos. The “Sacred Circle” or Mandala represents the eternal flow of cosmic energy that flows from the Universal Consciousness within and without, like the in breath and out breath.
